Elizabeth Bracero's dynamic training approach emphasizes strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life. Her intense and effective techniques incorporate endurance training, muscle growth, fat reduction and sports training/nutrition. Elizabeth brings a heartfelt commitment to her clients and intensive expertise that leads to her clients’ success.
Elizabeth received her Athletic Training Certification from the National Council of Strength. She has completed over 270 specialty continuing education course studies. She is most proud of her ability to interact with and relate to people from all facets of life. The youngest client that she has worked with is 16 years of age and the oldest is 95 years old.
Clients who have been ill, injured or diagnosed with a medical condition are provided with medically oriented exercise programs to enhance health, function, performance and quality of life. Examples of expertise in specialized medical exercise include: Hypertension, Arthritis, Diabetes, Osteoporosis.

My post-rehabilitation programs are designed for clients who are recovering from a variety of disorders: neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic or musculo-skeletal. Coordinating with the client's physician and/or physical therapist, I follow the most current guidelines. I emphasize, target and implement post-rehab protocols to increase the probability of a complete recovery. Just as important as rehabilitation is prevention. Corrective exercise for injury prevention -with an emphasis on balance, agility, strengthening and overall conditioning- is an integral part of all my services. Medical conditions include:
